14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. International users
The Site is operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local law.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CeraLink regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
